A different kind of learning experience

The Nature of Trust Practice Lab is an immersive, 10-week online training designed for professionals who want to move beyond theory and into practice.

Participants bring a real challenge from their work and use the Trust Lab to test, adapt, and apply nature-informed approaches to building and maintaining trust. Grounded in a two-year research initiative exploring how trust is built and maintained across living systems, this program translates those insights into practical tools, frameworks, and practices you can use immediately. The program culminates in tested solutions, documented learning, and a certificate of completion.

Many participants are able to have their organization sponsor their participation. Here are a few ways to position it:

  • Tie it to a real need: Frame your Trust Design Challenge around an existing priority (team dynamics, partnerships, community engagement, leadership development).

  • Emphasize immediate application: This is not theoretical—your work benefits in real time.

  • Bring a colleague: Participating as a pair or team increases impact and accountability.

  • Offer a return: Share key learnings, tools, or a short presentation with your team afterward.

  • Position it as leadership development: Build skills in trust, collaboration, and systems thinking.
